REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Merchandise

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective

Preorders (No Refunds or Returns)

Items marked as preorders are produced or reserved specifically for the purchaser and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Preorders may require advance payment and have extended fulfillment timelines. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All preorder sales are final

• Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and may change

• Delays in production or fulfillment do not qualify for cancellation or refund

If a preorder item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue.

Race Registrations

• Race registrations are non-refundable

• Transfers or deferrals may be allowed at our discretion

Donations

• Donations are non-refundable
