Peace Isn’t a Place. It’s a Pace.

peace

you learn that when you run long enough. not every mile is going to feel light. not every road is going to welcome you. sometimes the wind is in your face and the noise around you is louder than the rhythm in your chest.

but you keep running.

not to prove anything. just because this is what you do. this is who you are. and no amount of outside weather changes what’s built on the inside.

there’s a kind of stillness that only comes from forward motion. when the world gets loud you lace up. when things feel heavy you hit the road. when nothing makes sense the miles always do.

that’s the gift running gives you. clarity. perspective. peace at a pace only you can set.

so wherever you are, whoever you are and whatever you’re carrying, put it in the miles. let the road hold it for a while. trust that the rhythm will come back. it always does.

run your run. find your peace. the rest will follow.
